Dynamics 365 CE Support Consultant, �35,000, Microsoft Partner, 6-12 month progression plan to junior consultancy, Asset management & energy provider client base, UK + European projects, Home based - 1 day per month in Manchester (expensed), Optional office locations in London and Manchester

A Microsoft Partner are looking for an ambitious Dynamics CRM Support Consultant to join their practice due to continued project wins and growth. The ideal candidate will have the motivation and ambition to progress into a junior consultant role within the next 6-12 months. The role is home based with 1 day per month on site in Manchester for team days. The base salary is up to �35,000 with an annual bonus and MS certification fees paid by the practice.

Initially the role will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to an existing client base, mainly in the asset management and renewable energies sector. The role will transition from break fix/reactive support to junior consultancy where you will be trained and mentored by an experienced architect and senior consultants. The role will evolve into scoping customer requirements, designing solutions and building out new features in D365 and Power Platform to meet client needs. You will customise solutions and rollout training to stakeholders, working end to end project lifecycles.

The requirements are…

* Knowledge of Dynamics CRM/365 CE
* Knowledge of Power Platform
* Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics CRM
* Knowledge of customising and configuring Dynamics CRM
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Enthusiastic and ambitious to progress into consultancy
