MS Dynamics CRM/365 Functional Consultant - Contract

Job Description:

• This position exists to provide administration services to the enterprise for customer relationship management (CRM) and related applications.


• Key business customers include Distribution Marketing, Internal & External Sales, Sales Development and Strategic Accounts.


• The main functions include CRM Administration & User Management, Data Management, and Campaign Management.

Essential Job Functions:

• Campaign Management-- Supports marketing campaigns through campaign setup, list and follow up creation and reporting


• CRM Administration & Data Management; executes on database management requests such as removing data redundancies from FMO and B/D files, CRM data cleanup and researching FMO and Agent issues. Works with CRM and IT staff on system enhancements, bugs and production support.


• Project participation, works on projects under Principal or management supervision. Performs role of business expert, application expert, user acceptance tester and assists in change management, able to execute pre-written test plans on CRM.
