There has never been a better time to join on of our most respected clients, a global holding and management company based in London, as they are looking for an experience support engineer to get stuck in right away. They are one of the top 15 communication companies in the world! This means they are looking for someone with strong people skills as well as a solid technical background.

They are considering engineers that are both 2nd and 3rd Line so let me know if you have experience with the following:

* Full M365 support
* Intune
* Exchange
* Sharepoint
* OneDrive
* Teams

Your responsibilities will include being the main point of contact for any 1st and 2nd line issues, providing timely solutions to any technical queries and troubleshooting / monitoring tools.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the London office, and provides a salary package of £35,000!
