Customer Experience Analyst


A well-established organisation in Epsom are recruiting for a Research Analyst, as they look to become increasingly data-driven. You will be required to spend 3 days per week in their Epsom office, and can spend the remaining time working from home.

This role is a core part of their Customer Experience & Insight team, and is all about generating data and insight from their customer communities, which can then be used to inform business decision making and bring about positive change!

A large focus of the role will be conducting customer research by desiging specialist polls, surveys and focus groups to gather data. You will then analyse this data, draw actionable insights, and share these findings with key stakeholders through creative reports. We are looking for someone who is both passionate about conducting research as well as analysing and storytelling with data!

You will also have the opportunity to be taught how to use the latest data visualisation tools and techniques, including Power BI, to help you tell the most impactful stories with your data.

We are looking for a highly-organised individual with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, who is looking for an opportunity to take real responsibility for research activities that will be critical to the future success of this organisation.


* Experience in some form of "research" role e.g. running surveys, polls, user groups etc.
* A love for data, and some skills with analytical tools such as Excel or Power BI
* Strong communication and stakeholder management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills


* Salary of up to £40,000 depending on level of experience
