IT Support Engineer, Zwolle / Home, €2800 Gross - Exclusive Opportunity!

One of our exclusive clients, an international design and manufacturing business that produce a range of innovative products that distributed globally, is actively looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join their established team and contribute to the support of the IT users across the business and further optimisation of their IT function.

Responsibilities:

*

Contribution to troubleshooting and resolving IT technical incidents
*

Involvement in managing the IT infrastructure and server management
*

Participation in the installation of hardware and software solutions

Successful candidates will have:

*

MBO ICT education at level 3 or higher
*

Experience in a similar IT Support Engineer / Analyst position
*

Experience of server administration (including Windows Server)
*

Background in providing infrastructure and hardware support
*

Familiar with ITIL processes
*

Knowledge of VMWare / VSphere Essentials
*

Excellent English and Dutch communication skills
*

Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with an analytical approach
