One of our client in Amsterdam are looking for a Dynamics CRM manager to join their team. This client focuses on finding the equilibrium between technology and empathy, recognizing that the real difference is made by people, not just technology. They are passionate about digital business transformation, leveraging proven platforms, top-notch sector solutions, and best practices in business processes.

Responsibilities:

As a CRM manager you are responsible for the CRM tool as a whole. All topics related to this including implementation, improvements, maintenance's, and development.
*

In your mentoring role, you steer consultants towards greater success.
*

As a CRM Manager your responsibility includes ensuring system adoption through comprehensive training and documentation.
*

Translate set goals into functional dashboards
*

Manage 2nd line support chain at coordinating suppliers and development activitie

Requirements|

*

At least 4 years' experience with Dynamics CRM or similar.
*

Experience with Power Platforms is an advantage.

*

Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent language proficiency.

*

Driven, hands-on, and structured work approach
*

Proficient in setting up, optimising, and managing Customer Experience with CRM tools
*

Experienced in training CRM tool users
*

Skilled in managing functional management and key users
*

Expertise in advising on sales and service process optimisation
*

Translate set goals into functional dashboards
*

Proficient in MS Dynamics CRM application management

Salary and Benefits:

€6,000 - €7,200. (Per Month (37 Hours per Week))
*
