Sr Business Analyst / Business Analyst (IT Digital Solutions)

My client, a MNC company with offices in 10 countries in Asia, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst with a good background in Digital Solutions / E-Commerce. This is a new in-house role, opportunities such as this are not around every day, and if you are qualified do not hesitate to take the next step upwards in your career!



Responsibilities:

* Assist Project Manager/ IT Manager to managing the project implementation activities, participate in eCommerce development project, responsible for end-to-end project management
* Get users requirement, documentation, manage Vendor, UAT and provide user support.
* Understand business needs and able to propose appropriate digital & eCommerce solutions.
* Manage change requests and conflicting requirements, collaborate with technical team and other IT team members and vendors to ensure success.

Requirements:

* Degree or above holder in Computer Science or IT or E-commerce related discipline.
* Project implementation and management experience in e-commerce or IT digital platform, such as Mobile App, E-commerce and CRM Applications and Web development.
* Knowledge in App or CRM development will be a plus.
* Experience in vendor management in a regional role will be highly advantageous.
* Digital savvy. Passionate about the latest technology.
* Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
