APAC Dynamics 365 System Manager

My client, a large Dynamics 365 end-user is looking for a Regional Dynamics 365 System Manager to join their regional ERP team.

Responsibility:

* Assist the Senior Manager to manage the project implementation activities, vendor management for system support agreements
* Work with various key users and manage resources including offshore development teams to drive execution according to project plan, implement system customisation according to business requirements
* Provide users with the best support, conduct testing with users and collect feedback.
* Responsible for project documentation and issue follow up.
* User support, provides new and innovative alternative solutions to Dynamics 365 system

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Information Technology /Business / Accounting or a related discipline
* Good knowledge about the Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 application.
* Experience from larger organisations with focus on Finance & Operation /Accounting module
* Self-motivated, strong business and commercial acumen, excellent problem solving and organising skills is required
* In-depth understanding of the entire SDLC process
* Ability to communicate clearly with various business users on project tasks and status
* Good communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese
