An established membership body are looking for an Application Services Manager to head up their internal team of Application Analysts. The role is predominantly home based, requiring you to be onsite once or twice per month with the rest of the work from home. This role is offering £65,000 with a bonus of c£2,000.
You will head up a team of 5 analysts, varying in experience from more entry level up to senior analysts. You will be in charge the line management of these analysts, including resource allocation, workload prioritisation and acting as a point of escalation. You will work with senior stakeholders from heads of department to director level to continuously improve the service offering, ensuring SLAs on providing application support and oversee continuous improvement and development to core applications. They are looking for someone with a background working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 CE, with experience in customisation and configuration and able to scope, design and build out new features in the system.
The requirements are…
* Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform
* Knowledge of SharePoint
* Knowledge of Sitecore is advantageous
* Skilled in customisation and configuration
* Experience line managing support analysts/consultants
* Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support on D365
* Experience with resource allocation and prioritisation
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
