Power BI Developer - Remote - GBP40,000

A global marketing organisation are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join their globally-spread team on a fully remote basis. You can be based anywhere across the UK or Europe to be considered for this role.

The focus of this role will be developing bespoke Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for various stakeholders, including their impressive list of clients and c-suite executives.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their varying requirements, gather the appropriate data using SQL, conduct detailed analysis, and develop first-class Power BI solutions to visualise the insights you have uncovered.

You'll be given a lot of autonomy in this role, and will be encouraged to learn and apply various analytical and statistical techniques to get the most value from the data, and will look to continually improve the efficiency of BI systems and processes.

Requirements:

* Strong Power BI developing skills including DAX
* Strong skills in SQL including writing and optimising queries
* Any additional experience in data engineering, data science or machine learning would be beneficial but not an essential
* Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people

Benefits:

* Salary up to around £40,000 depending on experience
