Solution Owner - D365 F&O, Brussels area

One of my clients, a Belgian family owned business is looking to onboard a Solution Owner to join their central IT Team.

They are part of a bigger group and the IT would support all the user of the group, they have an international reach so English fluency would be needed for the role.

For this role we are not looking somebody to thick all the boxes, but somebody willing to learn the missing skills with the organisation support.

Role responsibilities:

Assist and participate in the implementation of D365 F&O.
*

Stimulate the development & quality improvement regarding the methodology, processes and tools used.
*

2nd line support on D365 F&O.
*

Stay aware of evolutions and development regarding architecture of the solutions to explore news possibilities.
*

Manage deployment of new functionalities, security and testing.
*

Daily management and optimisation of D365 F&O.
*

Resolution of complex incidents.
*

Problem management.
*

Shape technical documentation.
*

Work together with Service Desk, Business Analyst and Project Manager.

Your profile:

*

Technical or Advanced Functional knowledge and experiences of Dynamics AX/D365 F&O.
*

Eager and willing to learn.
*

You speak fluently English - fluency in Dutch or French or German is a plus.
