IT Business Analyst, Lelystad / Home, €4800 Gross - Exclusive Opportunity!

One of our exclusive clients, an international wholesale business that distribute a range of innovative products globally, is actively looking for an enthusiastic IT Business Analyst to join their established team and provide the bridge between the business, internal processes and the technology that supports the organisation.

Reporting directly into the Digital and IT Manager, you would be responsible for the analysis of internal processes through process modelling, finding ways to increase efficiency, and translate this into basic functional design.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, process, and maintain business documentation
*

Capture and update information on business systems
*

Perform basic functional design according to business requirements
*

Translate business processes to improved technical requirements
*

Pro-actively advise on process improvement through technical innovations
*

Test, monitor, and report on data and information related to implemented business solutions

Successful candidates will have:

*

Bachelor's Degree qualification or higher, preferably in Information Technology
*

Experience in a similar IT Business Analyst position
*

Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse team and explain complex technical solutions to business partners and users with limited technical background
*

Broad IT understanding, with experience working with ERP solutions
*

Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with an analytical approach
