Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV 2nd Line Support Consultant, £40,000, Microsoft Partner, Varied verticals including finance, warehousing & manufacturing, Progression to consultancy
A Midlands based Microsoft Partner are looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV focussed support analyst to join their established support team to provide 2nd line support to their customer base. The role is hybrid offering plenty of home working with a few office days per month in a Central Wolverhampton office location, with a salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.
You, along with several other support consultants, will be the point of escalation for 2nd line issues covering multiple versions of NAV and Business Central. The client base is varied and spread across multiple verticals including professional services, manufacturing and retail, and offers the chance to support multiple modules including finance, warehousing and manufacturing.

The requirements are…
* Strong knowledge of Dynamics NAV or Business Central
* Experience providing 2nd line support on Dynamics NAV or Business Central
* Experience working in a helpdesk environment is advantageous
* Familiarity with finance, warehousing or manufacturing business processes is advantageous
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
