One of our key clients, an award-winning IT Solution Provider based in the Amsterdam area, is actively looking for an enthusiastic Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central Support Specialist to join their established Customer Solutions Team.

As a Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central Support Specialist, you would be responsible for providing comprehensive application support and analysis for their external D365 Business Central customers across a variety of industry sectors. You are an enthusiastic and proactive team player, who is happy to collaborate with colleagues to solve support cases.

Your Profile:

* HBO/WO working and thinking level
* At least 3 years of work experience in a (similar) service desk or application support position
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or D365 Business Central
* Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch
* Analytical and proactive approach
