Responsibilities
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support for customers
* Create tickets for support
* Be able to understand a broad range of solutions to problems within NAV/BC/CRM
* Provide high level customer service
Requirements
* 1+ years' experience within BC/NAV (BC is preferred)
* Experienced in NAV/BC/CRM
* 1+ years' experience working with 1st and 2nd line supports
* A broad understanding of the BC/NAV/CRM platform
* They can consider candidates from both NAV and CRM backgrounds, CRM candidates will train into NAV
* Experience working as a support consultant/technician is preferred
