Database and Pricing Analyst - CDL Strata

A well-established family-run insurance broker based in Cambridgeshire are looking for a driven individual with a background in insurance and product database management to join their Operations team as a Database and Pricing Analyst. This is a fully office-based role in St Neots, and as such you must live within a commutable distance.

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the development and management of their customer database system (CDL Strata) and any associated activities. As such, it would be highly desirable if you have worked with CDL Strata before, but please do still apply if you have experience with other similar platforms.

Your role will include the accurate mapping of product and system configuration, and ensuring that the CDL Strata system is regularly updated in accordance with the release cycle, and completing regular system release testing.

You will also be working with both internal and external stakeholders to gather technical requirements in relation to product and system changes, and then support the timely and accurate delivery of these changes, including preparing and executing user acceptance testing plans.

Requirements:

* Experience with CDL Solutions (Strata/Echelon) or similar
* Experience with technical requirements gathering
* Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* SQL skills for data interrogation would be highly beneficial but not essential - you will have the opportunity to develop this skill on the job
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
