Data Analyst/Digital Services Performance Analyst - Google Analytics, Data Studio

Newcastle (HQ) and further offices nationwide.

I am currently working with a rapidly expanding consultancy firm, originating from their HQ in Newcastle Upon Tyne. My client boasts an extensive and impressive client base, predominantly consisting of government bodies and organisations, spread across multiple locations globally and promises successful candidates a chance to work in an innovative, creative and collaborative working environment. The client recognises the importance of the individual and is a huge proponent for allowing their employees to flourish within their careers, encouraging further training and offering an array of benefits.

This role is mainly remote, however, does require being on-site at nearest office branch for meetings, as well as occasional trips to Newcastle for conferences and celebrations.

They are hiring for 3 permanent positions, one mid-level data analyst with a base salary of £45,000-£55,000 and two senior data-analysts with a base salary of £65,000-£75,000 as well as a bonus scheme, generous holiday allowance and other benefits included as part of a working package, such as a generous pension contribution, bonus schemes and receiving a Macbook Pro.

The experience I am looking for as required for this role include:

* Significant experience working closely with data and able to report findings.
* Google Analytics - essential! Including knowing all the functions and short-cuts
* Data Studio is preferred for data visualisation, but will also look at people who've worked with other tools such as Power BI or Tableau, but they'll be using Data Studio in this role
* Must have experience working in Agile and Scrum environments
* Need to understand software products and software/services development lifecycle

This role would suit someone with a strong background in Google Analytics, who is interested in working in the public sector, and enjoys communicating with different departments and teams including user researchers and end users, consultancy skills are optimal for this, but not necessary.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Data Analysts, particularly those interested in divulging into consultative work, and joining an organisation that can provide further exposure into new and exciting technologies as well as a chance to receive world-class training and developments for your own personal benefit.

Please note, applicants must be SC clearable - so must have been in the UK for 5+ years
