An established Midlands based Microsoft Partner are growing their support desk due to continued client wins and support contract sales. This is a home based role, offering up to £40,000.
You will join a dedicated support desk, working under an experienced Head of Support on a team providing 1st and 2nd line support to a range of clients on Dynamics 365 CE, BC and Power Platform, Your role will focus on the CRM and Power Platform related tickets, working with customers across various verticals including manufacturing, professional services and retail.
The requirements are…
* Knowledge of Dynamics CRM or 365 CE
* Knowledge of Power Platform
* Knowledge of customisation and configuration
* Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics CRM
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
