One of our exclusive clients, an international services company based in Amsterdam are in search of a Dynamics CRM/D365 CE Business analyst to join their team. This organisation is a globally recognised entity that operates within the realm of IT services. It holds a pivotal role in designing and delivering essential business applications on a worldwide scale.

ROLE|

*

Recording client requirements, detailing specifications, and transforming them into user narratives.
*

Will be responsible for the Dynamics CRM sales
*

Understand the business and communicate with the developers.
*

Have an understanding of technical side to translate the developing teams questions and solutions to the business side.
*

Formulating supplementary functional plans compatible with established architectural designs.
*

Evaluating functional and technical
*

Conducting analyses on the repercussions of alterations to business work flows and interconnected information systems, while providing guidance.
*

Serving as the primary interface for Agile development
*

Collaborating closely with the Product Owner to contribute insights on the business implications of modifications.

REQUIREMENTS|

*

Strong functional experience with Dynamics CRM/D365 CE solutions within a Business and/or process analysis position
*

Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodologies
*

Expertise in process, business and system analysis
*

Strong experience in translating requirements into user stories / use cases
*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*

Dutch speaking is essential.

SALARY & BENFITS|

Competitive salary between €4,000 - €6,200 p/month. (40 Hour week)
