Position Overview: As the Lead .NET Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of their startup. You will lead a team of skilled developers, driving the development of robust and scalable .NET applications. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
* Architect, design, and develop scalable and high-performance .NET applications.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and implement solutions.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains cutting-edge.
* Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.
* Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Lead .NET Developer, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
* In-depth knowledge of the .NET framework, C#, and ASP.NET.
* Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
* Strong understanding of database design and SQL.
* Leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a development team.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
