D365 CE Application Manager (Internal)

D365 CE Application Manager - Copenhagen

I am working with a highly regarded construction company in Copenhagen who operate all across Denmark. They are about to go live with their D365 CE solution and are looking for someone to join as an Application manager.

Within this role you will be responsible for ensuring they get the most out of their systems ensuring needs are met through further development of the system, future projects and the daily support/operations. You will also get to work with their other applications in the business and be part of implementing new ones when the time comes.

Responsibilities:

* Analysis of requirements/processes to then translate into suitable solutions
* Work closely with external consultants and developers on what is needed
* Educate key users in the business
* Governance of requirements collaborating with departments in both Denmark and Sweden
* Planning/Coordination of the system e.g. testing and documentation

Key skills:

* Good knowledge of D365 CE/CRM Sales
* Experience as a functional consultant or an application manager from a previous role
* Good business understanding
* Can coordinate development and maintenance of systems
* Can communicate effectively and write in Danish
