One of our client, a local company evolving in the energy sector is looking for a Functional Analyst Workplace, due to an increase in internal demands and also due to the desire to use the latest technologies. As a company in the energy sector, they are constantly looking for new energy techniques in order to contribute to a cleaner environment and for a better energy transition.

Role Responsibilities

*

Management of requests, analysis of the business needs, identification of the solution and estimation of costs.
*

Support the development cycle: responsible for the detailed analysis of requirements and functional analysis using BPMN, UML and Enterprise Architect
*

Challenge the technical solutions proposed by the development teams, and control the deliverable produced.
*

Responsible for the various test phases and will follow the deployment.
*

You will ensure that the reference documentation is maintained, and you act as a functional referent for the domain.
*

Involved in problem management and, provide second line support for incidents.



Your profile

*

Relevant experiences in Functional Analysis.
*

Familiar with UML, BPMN and the tools Jira or Enterprise Architect.
*

Knowledges of SAP PM, Microsoft Project Server, Salesforce Filed Services Lightining is a plus.
*

Knowledges of web services & Utilities industry is a plus
*

You speak English and Dutch
