Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, in IT or sales.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and candidates effectively.
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to secure top talent for our clients.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and French is required.
A plus : Knowledge of the Swiss job market and recruitment practices.
