Dynamics GP Support Consultant, £45,000 + bonus, Microsoft Partner, Fully home based role - remote from anywhere in the UK, Learning & development budget including MS Certs, Varied client base including non for profit, construction & manufacturing, Cross train to D365 BC

A long established Microsoft Partner are looking for a Dynamics GP Support Consultant to join their support team, this role has came about due to an internal promotion within the team. The role is fully homebased anywhere in the UK and offering up to £45,000.

You will work on an experienced support desk with other dedicated GP support consultants as well as working alongside Business Central focussed support consultants. The role will focus on providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics GP to a varied client base including non for profits, manufacturers, retailers and professional service providers. Beyond GP you will have the chance to cross train onto D365 Business Central if this is of interest.

The requirements are…

* Strong knowledge of Dynamics GP
* Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics GP
* Previous experience working in a support environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
