Dynamics 365 CE Support Consultant, Bristol, £40,000, International manufacturer, D365 CE & BC project work, Hybrid working - 3 days on site per week in Clevedon

An international manufacturer and supplier to utility companies are looking for a Dynamics CRM/365 CE focussed support consultant to join their growing in-house IT team. The role is split between some remote working and 3 days on site in Clevedon per week. It is offering up to £40,000 with an annual bonus.

The great offering with this role is that the majority of project work is carried out internally allowing you to gain more experience with requirements gathering, documentation, testing and customising solutions. The main focus of the role will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to a national userbase with opportunities to gain additional experience with Business Central.

The requirements are…

* Knowledge of Dynamics CRM v2016 or 365 CE
* Knowledge of customisation and configuration of Dynamics
* Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics
* Experience training users on Dynamics
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
