Insurance Operations Assistant

A well-established family-run insurance broker based in Cambridgeshire are looking for a driven individual with a background in insurance to join their Operations team in a brand-new and role aimed at supporting the team with various technical projects and business-as-usual activities. This is a fully office-based role in St Neots, and as such you must live within a commutable distance.

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a change environment, with a solid understanding of project lifecycles. They have just been acquired by a larger organisation, so there's lots of exciting integration and reporting work to get involved in! Ideally you will have previously worked in insurance in either a Business Analyst, Operations or even User Acceptance Testing capacity. All transferrable skills will be welcomed in this role!

You'll be supporting the team with things like document and communications management, and the ongoing management and configuration of their of their customer database system - this will involve gathering technical requirements from stakeholders and conducting UAT to make sure all changes are accurate, with the support of your team.

Requirements:

* Experience working in the insurance industry
* Understanding of project lifecycles and implementing change
* Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and / or conducting user acceptance testing
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
