Nigel Frank are an international agency that has grown to be one of the most-trusted tech recruitment partners to a wide range of businesses across Sweden. To learn more about this opportunity, reach out to Ed Clark on LinkedIn who is responsible for this advert. You can also reach him at e.clark@nigelfrank.com.

The Company:

I have recently started working with a Malmo-based consultancy who are looking for .NET developers to help them keep up with their assignments following an increased demand for their services. They work with a huge variety of tech - they pick assignments in which they can use newer, emerging softwares. Their clients are a mix of large, well-known organisations and smaller, modern tech companies. They work predominantly on long-term assignments, and like to send a team of developers on an assignment to ensure a controlled delivery and the best results for their customers.

Requirements:

You're required to have good experience developing with .NET/C#, though they are open to reviewing candidates with similar experience in fullstack JavaScript, Python or Golang. On the frontend, you'll need good experience in JavaScript as most assignments use Angular, React or Vue. Experience working with Cloud technologies would benefit your application too. You'll need a passion for new technologies, as you'll regularly consider them for use in your projects.

The Role:

As our client work with a variety of different technologies, you will decide which ones you want to focus on, with opportunities to increase your knowledge and experience, or pick up new tech from scratch. This provides you with a great deal of choice in your role. They also run lab sessions in their projects, or projects with the purpose of experimenting with new technologies and evaluating their effectiveness. This gives you the opportunity to pilot some really interesting modern technologies that you wouldn't have access to elsewhere.

The management come from Microsoft backgrounds, however have moved to focussing more on cloud platform development, keeping up with the market. This means that you can get the training you need in this role to become cloud agnostic. They offer an comprehensive training plan tailored to your specific desires and needs, including training courses, online learning resources, while the culture encourages knowledge sharing on a daily basis, alongside regular tech talks.

Communication pathways are very short and everyone's voice is heard meaning that you'll have the chance to have a real impact on the direction of the overall business picture. Along with a talented and senior team, they have fostered a close-knit culture while at the same time pulling off major projects that other similarly-sized consultancies would not have the talent to achieve.

To apply for this position, send your CV via this portal or email it to e.clark@nigelfrank.com Alternatively, you can reach out to Ed Clark on LinkedIn to learn more regarding this position or others which are available at Nigel Frank.
