Data Analyst / Power BI Developer

A well-established organisation based in Stevenage are looking for a Power BI enthusiast to take ownership of Power BI reporting across the organisation as they look to become increasingly data-driven. This is an office-based role, so you must live within a commutable distance of Stevenage.

You will work with senior stakeholders across all departments, to understand their data and reporting needs, and produce insightful Power BI reports to inform decision-making. After recently creating a data lake, there is a huge amount of untapped data for you to work with, and ensure that this organisation are truly maximising the value in their data estate.

This is a really unique opportunity to act as the Power BI champion and driver within this organisation, where you'll have the freedom and backing to bring your ideas to the table. You'll be encouraged to attend industry events such as Power BI User Groups and SQL Bits (fully paid for!) and will be supported towards your Microsoft Certifications too.

This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who is truly passionate about Power BI and storytelling with data to take their career to the next level!

Requirements:

* Expert-level Power BI & Excel skills - including Power Query & DAX for data modelling
* Experience working with APIs and integrating these into Power BI or Excel is desireable
* SQL experience would be desirable but not essential
