Dynamics CRM/365 CE Support Consultant, £45,000 + Bonus, Microsoft Partner, 2 days on site per week in Birmingham, MS Certs + training budget, Progression into consultancy, Power Platform & Azure work, Energy sector client base

A Birmingham based Microsoft Partner are looking for a Dynamics CRM/365 CE Support Consultant to join their growing support team. It is a hybrid role split between working from home and working on site in Birmingham 1/2 days per week. The salary is up to £45,000 with an annual bonus, as well as offering a progression pathway into consultancy if desired.

You will work under an experienced support manager on an established support desk, working with a large client base in the energy sector, typically with oil & gas clients. The main focus of the role is to provide 1st and 2nd line support on D365 as well as Power Platform and Azure functions. You will support established clients and ongoing projects, typically staying aligned with several key clients allowing you to building an ongoing relationships with respective points of contact.
