D365 CE Project Manager

Location: Melbourne, Australia

Salary: Up to $135,000 + Superannuation



Our client is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Project Manager to lead the implementation of their CRM projects. As the project manager, you will work closely with their internal teams and external partners to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.





Responsibilities:

* Manage the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, including project planning, budget management, and stakeholder communication.
* Work closely with the project team to ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
* Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and vendors.
* Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
* Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to use the new system.



Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience as a project manager, with experience managing at least 1 Dynamics 365 CRM or CE implementation.
* Strong project management skills, including budget management, resource allocation, and risk management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working with external partners and vendors.
* A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
* Experience conducting end-user training sessions.
