You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, streamline processes, and ensure the CRM system aligns with our strategic goals. Your expertise will drive the success of our CRM initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application, including implementation, customisation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
* Collaborate with various business departments to gather requirements, identify pain points, and implement CRM solutions that meet their needs.
* Design and implement customisations, workflows, plugins, and integrations to enhance the CRM system's functionality and efficiency.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security within the CRM platform.
* Provide training and support to users, addressing their questions and concerns to maximise CRM utilisation.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics CRM features, trends, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements.
* Collaborate with external partners and vendors when necessary to deliver seamless CRM solutions.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Administrator, Consultant or similar role, with hands-on experience in customising and configuring Dynamics CRM systems.
* Strong understanding of CRM concepts, processes, and best practices.
* Proficiency in customising entities, workflows, business rules, plugins, and integrations within Dynamics CRM.
* Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.

Why join my client?:

* Opportunity to make a meaningful impact by optimizing our CRM system and enhancing business processes.
* Collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and growth.
* Competitive salary and benefits package.
* Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career.
* Central Copenhagen location with easy access to public transportation.

Application Process:
