EUC Consultant Job Description

The client are a well established company with a long standing, impressive history in providing a high level service nationwide - which is something they are aiming to continue growing in the very near future! They pride themselves on having an in-depth understanding of their clients and commitment to providing excellent standards of service, which has seen them establish themselves as a trusted advisor to local and global corporates, financial institutions and governments.

Skillset wise they are looking for someone with technical capability within SCCM Infrastructure, Intune, Citrix XenDesktop, Windows Operating Systems - with desirable experience within Endpoint Management, Cloud Management and Powershell. The team are currently coming to the end of a large desktop transformation program moving to Windows 10 taking advantage of SCCM, AppV and Ivanti for user experience management - and are looking for someone who can be involved in their current deployment as well as taking the project to the next level.

Role & Responsibilities

* Deliver EUC related tasks as part of a wider project but also has the experience to identify issues and potential resolutions then manage the fix through to completion.
* Provide 3rd line support - liasing with customers and clients to a high degree of quality.
* Deploy applications on App-V infrastructure and carry out daily support and maintenance to the system if needed.

Skills & Qualifications

* SCCM infrastructure (creating / amending task sequences, expanding the environment as new offices are opened and configuring as well as day to day maintenance and monitoring).
* Experience within Citrix XenDesktop as well as Intune and App-V.
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to interact with clients and customers as well as the wider project team.
