Management Consultant - Oslo


We are searching for a Management Consultant to be based in-house in Oslo!

Joining a growing data & analytics department, you will work at the intersection between business and technology, collaborating closely alongside data analysts and the BI team to deliver valuable insights to stakeholders

You will work closely with customers to capture and understand their requirements - whether they are seeking to optimise their operational processes, understand their customer data, improve their revenue flow, or capitalise on a new product or market

You will offer advice and strategic guidance to customers, and collaborate closely with the technical teams to translate requirements into data modelling and useful insights to allow for more data-driven services and decisions

As part of a smaller team with great flexibility, you will have the opportunity to broaden your skillset and gain experience in areas that may interest you, such as project management or advanced analytics

You will take responsibility and have the freedom to influence strategic business decisions based on the data you translate

We are looking for you to have:

* At least 3 x years' experience in a similar role (business analysis / management consulting)
* Excellent advisory & communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Good understanding of technical concepts & processes related to business intelligence
