Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central Support Consultant, Kildare, €55,000 + Bonus, International Manufacturer & retailer, Fast progression opportunities within a small IT team, Upgrading to the latest version of Business Central, BC or NAV backgrounds considered

A Kildare based international manufacturer and retailer are looking for a D365 BC Support Consultant to join their small IT team. The role is offering up to €55,000 and is hybrid with 4 days on site in Kildare and 1 day working from home. Business Central experience is not essential, they are happy to review applicants with older Dynamics NAV experience.

You will be the main point of contact for Business Central, providing 1st and 2nd line support to users on D365 BC, predominately around the retail and warehousing modules. Additionally you will provide training to users on BC and also be involved with testing solutions. You will have the opportunity to stay up to date with the latest tech and be involved in future upgrades and integrations and other surround projects. As it is a small inhouse IT team, you will have fast progression opportunities where you can take on greater responsibilities or transition into management if you choose.

The requirements are…

* Strong knowledge of Dynamics NAV or Business Central
* Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support on NAV or Business Central
* Knowledge of retail or warehousing business processes is advantageous
* Experience providing training on NAV or Business Central
* Experience testing NAV or Business Central
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
