D365 BC Support Engineer - Copenhagen

I am seeking a highly skilled individual to join one of my key clients as a D365 BC support engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and working with the development team to resolve product defects.

My client is a niche ISV provider who specialises in finance solutions based off of D365 BC with their products being used globally by thousands of businesses with tens of thousands of users. They are based in Denmark but have employees world wide.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Provide 2nd level support to customers, as they will need more in-depth technical knowledge
* Investigate highly technical problems related to; configuration, infrastructure, code-level in a team or individually
* Be able to identify emerging trends or repeated escalation scenarios to be able to mitigate them in future

About you:

* English Speaking, Danish is a bonus.
* Based in Denmark
* Experience with finance solutions/processes
* Experience with D365 BC/NAV development, AL Coding experience is highly desired.
* Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)
