Dynamics 365 CE Technical solution architect

One of our clients is an international Non-Profit who is based in the Centre of Amsterdam and has 4 offices on 3 continents. They have doubled in size over the last 10 years purely off organic growth and are in an extremely solid position to face economic pressure. This End-User has expressed their need for a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement Technical Solution Architect as they want to develop all their solutions internally going forward as they continue to grow globally. They have just gone live with their D365 Unified Operations and D365 Customer Engagement system but have a large pipeline of optimisation's and upgrades they would like to implement.

Responsibilities:

Be a champion for technical solutions across the Microsoft cloud platform, driving the adoption of new features and technology
*

Lead the design and development the out of the box Dynamics 365 functionality and specific enhancements.
*

Technical Application life cycle management, deployment of release updates and enhancements in D365 environment.
*

Technical sparring partner for the implementation partner and other external partners as well as code review before deployment to relevant environments.
*

Identify technical risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary.

Requirements and characteristics:

*

Deep and broad knowledge of and experience with technical capabilities of Dynamics 365 CE, including appropriate certification. Must be able to show good knowledge of practices for Dynamics 365.
*

Broad understanding of software development life cycle, development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning and live support.
*

Demonstrable knowledge of capabilities of the software in the Microsoft stack (certification is a positive), including:

- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement family of apps

- PowerApps, LogicApps, Flow and Dataverse (Common Data Service)

- Azure DevOps

Salary and Benefits:

€5,000 - €6,000. Per Month (37 Hours per Week)
