Applications Support Analyst

My client is looking for an analytical and self-starting IT Support Technician to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be a keen problem solver and enjoys working in a close-knit team in a supportive environment.

This role is office-based in Leeds

Responsibilities will include

* Leading Office365 projects - managing and making any improvements required
* Working closely with the IT Manager on any upgrade projects, taking on any ad-hoc duties
* Liaise with key users/stakeholders within the business, to understand and solve any system issues, providing suitable solutions
* Basic applications development for the in-house systems

My client is looking for a candidate who can offer

* A general interest/passion in IT/Application Support
* Office365, Microsoft Excel, Windows Server experience
* Active Directory, TCP/IP networking experience
* ERP (Dynamics NAV) experience - desired not essential, training will be provided
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
