M365 Product Owner, Antwerp
One of our clients, an international business is looking to onboard an M365 Product Owner. Their headquarter is based in Antwerp but they have more than 170 locations worldwide, which allows them to be an international and diverse company.
They recently started their Digital Journey, they decided to implement new software & tools to improve their business. As an M365 Product Owner, you will lead their strategic and tactical planning in the areas of Microsoft 365.
Role responsibilities:

Lead the Microsoft 365 platform (SharePoint, One Drive, MS Teams, Office 365…)
*
Support the infrastructure team by leveraging M365 Modern Workplace tools.
*
Creating and redefining the roadmap.
*
Managing software licensing & maintaining compliance with license agreements and security requirements.
*
Manage configurations & identify potential improvements.
*
Creating standard operating procedures, training documentation, and resources.
*
Offering consultation to the service desk team to improve customer service.
*
Providing small trainings.
*
Manage O365 & M365 security events and implement security features from & M365 to improve the security level.
Skills:
*
Relevant work experience as an Office 365 Admin.
*
Work experiences with M365 Modern Workplace Tools (Outlook, Web Access, Web Mobile, Exchange Online, MS Teams, M365 Forms, M365 Video/Stream, M365 Planner, Azure AD Objects….)
*
Experience leading Infrastructure projects.
*
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem management.
*
Knowledge of Autopilot, Intune on Windows, Azure, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Azure Information Protection, PowerShell…
*
ITIL Methodology knowledge is a plus
*
Willing to travel occasionally
*
Speak fluently English, knowledge of another language is a plus
