Position 1: WMS System Analyst

Your Responsibilities:



* Be the bridge between our warehouse team and the WMS system.
* Analyze and optimize workflows related to the WMS system in our logistics center.
* Configure and monitor the WMS system in close collaboration with our IT Business Application Team.
* Provide training to users and key stakeholders using the system.
* Support process and testing teams in creating and conducting (automated) tests.
* Take charge of addressing functional issues and technical problem-solving in coordination with our ERP/WMS partners.
* Independently analyze and resolve support inquiries through our support process.



Your Qualifications:



* Prior experience in supporting ERP or WMS systems.
* Logistics experience is a plus.
* Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain is advantageous.
* A completed education with a focus on business or IT (HAK, HTL, FH, or university).
* Process-oriented thinking and a knack for smart problem-solving.
* Enthusiasm for new technologies and a service-oriented, structured, and independent work style.
* We value teamwork, reliability, and a good sense of humor.
* Proficiency in both German and English completes your profile.



Position 2: ERP System Administrator

Your Responsibilities:



* Administer and maintain our systems: Microsoft AX2009 and D365F&O.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Collaborate closely with departments to shape and continually optimize ERP software.
* Contribute to the design of data migration from our existing ERP system (MS Dynamics AX 2009).
* Assist process and testing teams in developing automated tests.
* Address functional issues and technical problem-solving in partnership with our allies (HSO and other ISV partners).
* Support the process group in crafting and documenting procedures.
* Independently analyze and resolve support inquiries through our support process.



Your Qualifications:



* Relevant experience in working with MS Dynamics AX 2009/D365F&O, with a preference for financial or procurement focus.
* A completed education with a focus on business or IT (HAK, HTL, FH, or university).
* Experience in (international) project management is advantageous.
* Process-oriented thinking and an affinity for creative problem-solving.
* Eagerness for innovative technologies and a service-oriented, structured, and independent work style.
* We appreciate the value of teamwork, reliability, and a good sense of humor.
* Proficiency in both German and English is a valuable addition to your skillset.
