Job summary - the big picture
Support the development of and responsible for the administration of Dynamics 365 CRM, configuration, customisation and integration of solutions and apps with other IT systems.
Key Functions of the Role:
* Customise and configure within Dynamics CRM (creating Dashboards, Workflows & Processes and using them in current and new solutions)
* Create new D365 user accounts, amending roles, securities, creating environments and assigning queues
* Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications. Package and support deployment of releases
* Provide ongoing support to the client's business-wide user groups, acting as the point of contact for CRM-related issues
* Write MS SQL SSIS & SSRS reports and queries, and working with teams for the migration of legacy applications
Key Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience with the latest versions of Dynamics CRM
* MS Dynamics CRM customisation and configuration - preferably certified in this area
* Experience of working within an agile environment
* Previously paying a part in a Dynamics 365/ CRM implementation
