Senior Business Controller, Amsterdam, €7500 Gross - New Opportunity!

One of our key clients, an award-winning IT Solution Provider with an international presence, is actively looking for a hands-on Senior Business Controller to play an integral role in driving the growth and development of the organisation. With a strategic focus on managing and optimising the business, you will have responsibility for leading the Finance, HR and Legal departments.

Successful candidates will have:

* Strong background as a Financial Controller, Business Controller and/or Finance Manager
* Completed university education in finance, with preferably a RA/RC education
* Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders across the business
* Extensive experience in taking the responsibility for consolidated reporting, forecasting and the budgeting process
* Ability to establish and uphold best practises across the organisation
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and provide your team with a clear vision
* Experience in translating market trends and development into clear forecasts
* Background in digitalization and process optimisation
* Ambitious leader with high energy and a 'getting things done' work style and approach
* Excellent Dutch and English communication skills
