What you'll be doing

* Define and document the best solutions in response to customer pain points
* Interpret customer needs and translate them into integration requirements documents
* Collaborate with Product, Integration and Support Teams
* Drive the journey of upgrading existing customers to the latest SaaS offering
* Fulfil Senior PM duties while working with Project Delivery team

Requirements

* Proven experience in performing both project management and solutioning
* Solid skills in data mapping, data translation, impact identification, process design, documentation
* 10+ years solution analysis experience or similar
* 8+ years project management
* Exposure to Sharepoint (beneficial)
