As a Remote Microsoft D365 Business Central Support Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the ongoing success of our clients by providing expert support and guidance for their D365 Business Central implementations. In this fully remote position, you will collaborate closely with our clients, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to address their needs and drive continuous improvement.
Remote Support: Provide remote technical support to clients using Microsoft D365 Business Central, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for support inquiries and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, system errors, and user challenges promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Consultation: Offer expert guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices, system enhancements, and process improvements to maximize the benefits of D365 Business Central.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, support requests, and solutions provided, ensuring comprehensive documentation for future reference.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and sales teams, to deliver seamless support services and identify opportunities for additional business.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft D365 Business Central and related technologies, proactively expanding your knowledge and skills.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
* Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft D365 Business Central and related Microsoft technologies.
* Experience in providing remote technical support to clients or end-users.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
* Microsoft certifications in D365 Business Central or related areas (preferred).
