Dynamics 365 CE Manager, London, �50,000, Non for profit, Westminster, D365 project work, 365 Customer Engagement

An established Westminster based non for profit are looking for a D365 CE Manager to take ownership of their recently upgraded system. This role is split between a Westminster office and home working options, offering a salary of up to �50,000.

You'll be the main point of contact for users with D365 related queries, whether this is producing or delivering training or supporting D365 issues. On top of this you'll have plenty of opportunities to get hands on with customisation and configuration, allowing you to expand your skill set.

The requirements are...

* Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365
* Skilled in customisation and configuration
* Experience supporting 1st and 2nd line issues on Dynamics CRM
* Experience creating training content and delivering training on Dynamics CRM
* Knowledge of GDPR
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
