I've recently begun working with a Gothenburg-based company in the communications industry, who are looking for Senior .NET Developers to continue their organic and sustainable growth. The company provide products aimed at remote communication between HQ and field workers, whether this is for daily, continual use, for example for organisations to pass instructions to workers and for workers to report on their progress, for business continuity, or for emergency management.
The company has been growing organically (ie without the support of venture capital) and now employs around 30 people, just under half of whom are involved with software development. This means you'll be joining a company where tech is a key focus, and is given due attention from management. It is important for them to stay at the cutting edge of technology, while they employ a very senior development team who have cultivated a culture of knowledge-sharing.

The role will mainly centre around the development of their newest product, a fleet management and GPS system. This will mean you are using the latest technologies, performing innovative greenfield development, with only a small proportion of your time spent on maintenance or with legacy code.
You'll work more heavily in the backend, where you'll use your strong experience of classic backend .NET development to improve logic and architecture and streamline the code. You'll also work on the frontend some of the time in Blazor, though this would not be the primary focus of your work.
The company is the right size for you to be able to have an impact on not only the development of the product themselves, but also in other areas eg. sales, mentoring or the more strategic business decisions. It therefore goes without saying that progression into roles such as architect or tech lead are mapped out and very achievable.
