Dynamics 365 Business Central Support, Glasgow, £35,000, Waste management and recycling, Dynamics 365 CE & BC, Work with CRM and ERP

A national waste management and recycling provider are looking for a Dynamics NAV/Business Central focussed application support analyst to join their internal IT team. It is a hybrid role with two days onsite in their Glasgow HQ and 3 days working from home, the base salary is up to £35,000.

You will work on a dedicated support team providing 1st and 2nd line support to a national userbase on Dynamics 365 BC. As well as BC the organisation also utilise D365 CE which you will have the chance to learn and gain hands on experience supporting. There is a Microsoft Partner on hand for technical escalation and assistance on ad hoc project and process improvement which you can assist with and gain Dynamics project experience. Beyond day to day support you will also have the opportunity to provide training on D365.

The requirements are…

* Knowledge of Dynamics 365 BC
* Skilled in customisation and configuration of Dynamics
* Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics
* Experience providing user training
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
