We are looking for a Project Manager to join the team in Oslo!

You will join a team of 250+ located across Norway, and work as part of a dedicated department of 6 project managers on some of the most advanced IT projects in the country with companies in both public and private sector

As part of cross-functional project teams, you will get to know colleagues from across the business. With a focus on quality delivery and professional working, you can enjoy being part of a team who like to learn and grow together where you will be encouraged to explore new ways of working and suggest new ideas with your colleagues

Your days can be varied working with tasks from project management, agile methods, solution design and building relationships with your colleagues and customers

There are opportunities for you to broaden your skill-set or specialise within areas such as architecture, scrum & agile coaching, and test management

Some of your responsibilities will include:

* Being a Project Manager for various projects which can include working with projects at various stages depending on customer requirements
* Overseeing team management, management of reporting, professional advice within road-mapping, architecture and technology
* Acting as an advisor to customers and stakeholders, and gathering feedback from your team
* Lead projects with conviction, and be able to multitask & prioritise

We are looking for you to bring:

* Higher education in IT, Business, or similar
* Professional experience within project management for IT/Development projects
* Experience from large scale digitalisation projects is beneficial
* Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian
* Experience with or knowledge of project and working methodologies such as Scrum and Agile
* Relevant certifications are beneficial
