Head of Cloud Security - Oslo

We are looking for a "Head of Cloud Security" to join the team in Oslo!

Based in-house, you will take on the important tasks of securing SaaS products and further growing the security environment

Initially your work will in involve designing a new strategy and roadmap to meet security targets for the organisation. You will contribute towards the development, planning and operations alongside Cloud Engineers, and help to further grow the environment and engineering culture

As a leader within the business, you will own the cloud security aspect and have autonomy & freedom over your tasks. We hope you can reaffirm best practice amongst colleagues, and continue to influence the development of the team. You will work closely alongside the CTO, with potential for this position to evolve into a C-level role in the future.

Your role will evolve over time as the team grows and the environment becomes more established, some of your tasks can include:

* Help us to move towards a DevSecOps culture
* Develop a robust security strategy and plan of action
* Be part of planning and development of infrastructure
* Be involved in testing and threat simulation activities
* Contribute towards cloud architecture
* Work closely alongside engineers, developers, and data professionals

We are looking for you to bring:

* Experience managing cloud infrastructure/software
* 4+ years working with public cloud (preferably Azure)
* Experience with security operations
* Experience with IaC
* Experience securing CI/CD pipelines
* Higher education in an IT or Engineering related subject
* It is beneficial of you have prior experience in development or software architecture
* Certifications in cloud or security are also beneficial
