Job Description:

As a Dynamics AX Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the performance and functionality of our Dynamics AX system. You will be responsible for monitoring system health, managing user access, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our enterprise software. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Administering and maintaining the Dynamics AX environment.
* Monitoring system performance, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing necessary enhancements.
* Managing user access, security roles, and permissions.
* Troubleshooting and resolving system issues and errors.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system changes.
* Planning and executing system upgrades and patches.
* Conducting regular system backups and ensuring data integrity.
* Providing end-user training and support.
* Staying updated with the latest Dynamics AX features, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Dynamics AX Administrator or similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of Dynamics AX administration, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.
* Strong understanding of Dynamics AX modules and functionalities.
* Proficiency in SQL Server and database administration.
* Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of security management and user access control.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
