Power BI Developer

A well-established retail organisation are looking for a passionate Power BI Developer to join their Business Intelligence team as they look to become increasingly data-driven across all areas of the organisation. They're based in Lichfield (Staffordshire) although the role is predominantly remote, with visits to the office only 1-2 times per month.

In this role you'll be working with stakeholders across the entire organisation to understand their requirements, and develop visual reports, KPI scorecards and dashboards using Power BI, which will provide real insight to the business. You will engage proactively with key stakeholders to continuously improve processes and performance, and will strive to provide automated self-serve solutions.

This is a really exciting opportunity to join an organisation who are really investing in the latest Microsoft technologies, and who are already working on the Azure Data Platform. You will be supported and encouraged to develop your skills across the wider Power Platform, with endless opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

* Excellent end-to-end Power BI development experience
* Excellent skills in DAX
* Strong skills in SQL
* Wider knowledge of the Power Platform would be helpful but not essential
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
